I Love Disney - Aladdin

Question: Are disney movies like aladdin and little mermaid considered musicals?

I've noticed in a lot of them that there is many scenes with the characters singing, isn't that kind of what a musical is?

I would say so. My school is doing Aladdin for a musical this year.

This is what it says on one of their Disney sites. "Any disney movie that has more than 3 songs is considered a musical "
